General terms and conditions of CWGP membership and use of the CWGP website.

I acknowledge that access to the CWGP Website is strictly for personal use.  
 
I acknowledge that the application for membership must be approved according to current criteria by a member of the Executive Board or the Board of the CWGP before being accepted. I must complete a registration form and pay the annual membership fee on my first application and subsequent renewals.  
 
I acknowledge that my photo and / or that of my guest could be taken during an activity of the CWGP and I agree that these photos may be used by the CWGP on its website, within its framework of activities, its info-letter or the promotion of its activities. I also agree that these photos may be placed on a website other than this one in order to facilitate sharing with the members of the CWGP  If I wish to have a photo of myself or my guest removed, I will have to make a written request directly to the President of the CWGP with a written copy to the CWGP Vice-President and assume all costs that could be charged to the CWGP due to the withdrawal of the photo. Within 30 days of receipt of the written request, CWGP will discontinue use of the photo and remove it from its site and, if applicable, another site that it uses to share photos with members.  
 
I acknowledge that the member directory, which contains contact information, is only for my own personal social use and must not be used either in whole or in part for commercial purposes. I acknowledge that I cannot share this directory or the information it contains, in whole or in part, with non-members for any reason whatsoever.  
 
I acknowledge that accessing and browsing the CWGP Site constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. As the conditions of use are updated from time to time, I must consult them regularly.  
 
The CWGP reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit without prior notice access to all or part of the website. The conditions of use of the site are subject to change at any time and without notice by the CWGP.
